TRAINING FOR CHILDREN AGED 12-18

I provide kids aged 12 to 18 a safe and comfortable environment to learn skills regarding technique and resistance training that helps them build muscle and strength.

Pricing:

$80 for 50 minutes

  • Training sessions focused on individual attention and guidance.

  • Start from the ground up, focused on technique and body weight exercises to build a structurally strong physique.

  • Work through a structured program which caters to the child’s needs whether it’s to support a school sport or get them feeling confident in the gym.

  • A customised training program access on the TRAINERISE training app. To ensure you can keep up to date on your training OUTSIDE of our sessions.

  • Exercise video TUTORIALS to assist your child to have greater understanding and proficiency with performing movements.

  • Feedback from me when you complete scheduled sessions on the App.
